The owners were very welcoming and extremely obliging. The room was clean and spacious, and it was always remarkably peaceful in the guest house. There is a washing machine and drier for you to use (at a small cost). There is the excellent Ton Sai night market at Bearing (just one stop away on the BTS) where they sell a large variety of local food.. There is also a 7-11 about 8 minutes walk away from the guest house and a McDonald's just up the road too. The Bang Na BTS station is just a few minutes walk away meaning you can get to Asok, Siam etc in 20-25 minutes. Overall we would highly recommend staying at Baan Mai Guest House.

Super nice hosts and very clean rooms. Water was provided every day and we even received a free upgrade. Location is not the best for tourists as it is far from everything a tourist may be interested in, but if you use the skytrains there is a station 2min walk from the accommodation. We rented a scooter so for us not being in the middle of the fun was not a problem, even a bonus as it was quiet day and night. They have an enclosed parking area and a gate that closes at night so we felt very safe. The bed is kinda hard though 😁.

It was a fantastic location (walking distance to Bitec and many restaurants/eateries) the room was clean and comfortable with everything you would need and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a nice change from a hotel and great value for money.

Great value, clean, a lot of care and attention on the guesthouse. Nice staff. Close to BTS station. Spacious room. Coin laundry available. Quiet area.

The hotel is next to BITEC, where I have a meeting, and the Bang Na BTS station. So that I can easily access anywhere I want to go from there to downtown. Just make sure to check in before 10 pm then you can go on 24/24 with the door key. It is very convenient for tourists and businessmen. Anh do not forget to mention the staff. They do their best. They have great conversation, great support, and great hospitality. BTW, it's near Bang Na Market so you can go around to see local market and the people working daily.

The staff are friendly and kind. Moreover they allow you to have your own freedom like you can leave with your room key and explore Bangkok and come back later. Additionally it is close to bangna BTS station just a work of five minutes which i feel is convenient in exploring Bangkok.

Very, very good place. Fresh renovation. Nice pictures on walls. Best location to BITEC. Everything is very good. Polite staff. A teapot in the room. 2 bottle of water. A fridge. Clean and wide room. A hair dryer. I liked it very much.

The guesthouse was very clean. It has a good location. You can reach the BTS stop very quickly on foot. The rooms are large.The mattresses are very hard. But that's probably the case in Thailand.

Very close to BITECH fair centre by walk max. 10 minutes. Several small restaurants are nearby reachable by walk. There is nice Temple area just 2 minutes by walk nearby. The room was clean and equipped with water cooker, air conditioner and a refrigerator.

The hospitality of the owner and location. At walking distant to mcdonald and Sky Train. Easy to go anywhere in bangkok.
